SERVICE FEES AND DELIVERY COSTS

Service fee will be always included to ticket price:

Ticket price under 10€ - 1,75€/ ticket

Ticket price 10€ - 2,00€/ ticket

Ticket price 10,01€-49,99€ - 2,50€/ ticket

Ticket price 50,00€-74,99€ - 3,00€/ ticket

Ticket price 75,00€-99,99€ - 3,50/ ticket

Ticket price over 100€ - 3,50€/ ticket

Cultural Benefit Payment Methods

Availability and Service Fee
Customers using the Lippuagentti.fi service may choose to pay with cultural benefit payment methods such as ePassi or Smartum. A service fee (commission) is charged for the use of these payment methods. The commission percentage of the total order amount is displayed before payment. The service fee is automatically added to the final amount shown to the customer when selecting the payment method.

Personal Use and Restrictions
Cultural benefit payment methods are intended for the payer’s personal use only and may not be used on behalf of another person. In some cases, products purchased with a cultural benefit payment method — such as tickets, season passes, or gift cards — may be valid only for the payer’s personal use. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all usage restrictions applicable to the chosen payment method are complied with.

Violation of Terms and Consequences
If the payment method is suspected to be used in violation of these terms, Lippuagentti Oy reserves the right to cancel the order, restrict the use of the payment method, or withhold delivery of the products. The customer is not entitled to any compensation if an order is cancelled or a payment method is restricted due to a breach of these terms.

Relation to Other Fees
The additional fee for cultural benefit payments is comparable to other service and payment method fees, such as existing handling charges, and will not be refunded in the event of an order cancellation, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In the event that an event is cancelled, the agreed refund procedures will apply, and payment method fees will be processed in accordance with the event organizer’s instructions.

Receipt
The receipt for a cultural benefit payment can be found in the application of the payment method used. A separate receipt or order confirmation will not be issued for purchases made with cultural benefit payment methods.
